It was unfortunate, one blown coverage ended the game for Ohio State. But there was absolutely no excuse for the pitiful play of the offense. When they finally let Krenzel spread the field, they got something done. The problem it was 50 minutes too late.

They need to turn Reynolds loose on Jim Bowman. Hell turn me loose on Jim Bowman. The sooner that guy is gone, the better off Ohio State will be.

And yes crow tastes like $. Thanks for asking. I doubt i'll be the last fan that tastes it, VT or Miami has to lose, and Oklahoma still has to play Okie State.

Well, from my side at least...now we're cool. As such, I will be continue to be cool and say "sorry to see your team go down Rooster", all fans hate it when that happens to their team.

      Some good games this weekend!!

      GO IRISH!!

Yeah, I saw that! I was like "Hey, uh, anybody notice that that guy is choking Jim Sorgi to death?!" What was with that? And why didn't they make a big deal out of that on Sportscenter? That Nebraska corner flat lays some mouthy fan out in Columbia, and it's all over Sportscenter and PTI. However, this guy's choke slamming Sorgi and nobody pays any attention?

It was a bad move, no defense for it. I think he was trying to taunt Sorgi but it got way out of line.

Regardless of the severity of the choking, it was still wrong to do. Looks like the guy got suspended for one game for his actions. They should have let Jim Sorgi take a swing at him for free too.

I spent yesterday on the 40 yard line about 14 rows up at the OSU Iowa game yesterday. Man that was a blast. While OSU's offense was as offensive as ever, special teams showed up en-masse.

Well, I was proud Notre Dame's offense looked really good and kept up shot for shot with USC's. The only problem was, that only lasted till it was 14-14. Then it just seemed liked something changed, or the guys just couldn't believe things were working so well. They seemed to let up a little, then USC got a couple scores, and then it was over. But, like I said, Notre Dame's offense showed some signs of life and that's good. I really think that by next season, the skill players we have will be in full effect and doing 200% better than they are right now. Some good games all around this weekend.

Again Bama starts off slow and can not make it up.

Oh well maybe they need to initiate another "quater" before the first quater, so bama can be ready by the first.

My canes looked pretty good, of course against Temple, who doesn't.

One muffed punt and one big run led to those 14 points

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

#3 VT goes down!! Man, the Mountaineers really do play up for the good teams. They almost laid Miami out (and probably should have), and now they've taken out the Hokies. That's good though, because it adds a little more mystery to the title game now instead of all the ESPN people saying it's just going to be OU vs. Miami or VT. On a side note, what's with the people of Morgantown anyway? Everytime after they win a big game they always riot and set fires! Wierd thing is they always light unusual things on fire, like recliners and couches. I think it was last year when they beat VT they threw a flaming couch out of a second story window and lit cars on fire! It's madness in the mountains!

Maybe so...the sure do have a lot of pyromaniacs living there though. They didn't let them tear the goalposts down, I guess they felt they had to destroy something. I'm just trying to figure out why they're always burning their furniture!

I read in the newspaper that the cops went around the day before collecting all the old couches on peoples porches. I'm guessing because winter is comming, they won't be hanging out outside anymore. Why not burn the old smelly couch? Next spring they can look around for all new old smelly couches?
