Hey, it's a legal form of punishment and thus allowed (hence the term legal). Not everyone likes every law passed (ask me about steel tarifs one day), but that doesn't mean they aren't law. The death penalty, has up until now, been deemed constitutional and it may be emplyed following the guidelines set down by the courts and legislature. Period. This guy broke the law, and in accordance with the law he was sentenced to the legal punishment. You don't have to like it, but it's the law.
And, in case you haven't heard, suspected terrorists are not the only ones being killed in Israeli raids.
Well then someone should tell the terrorists to stop hiding amongst the innocents. According to the rules of war it is legal to engage hostiles wherever they may be hiding. Is it unfortunate that innocent Palstinians are being killed? It sure is, and it's really a shame. It's even more unfortunate that as this infatada foes on longer the terrorists bury themselves deeper into neighborhoods and the casaulty rates get higher. I wish it weren't the case but it is. The Israelis have a right to defend themselves, and if the innocents in Palestine were that fearful maybe they should do something about the terrorist problem on their own street. I know it's asking alot of these innocents to NOT harbor terrorists and to actually activly assist in their capture, but they choose not to (for whatever reason). And the casaulties are only going to get worse as the IDF gets more and more frustrated with the terrorists knocking on their door, and blowing up their dance clubs and malls.
