trevor, you forgot to factor in that Nicad's price includes a trigger frame since that is part of the reason it is so expensive, so you can remove that expense from the custom mag since AGD might offer Nicad's frame as an option to buy instead of the intelliframe.

well i only put it up high like that so others could compare prices and you are right if agd did offer it as an option that woud probably take up to 100$ off of the total cost but it was just so others could see how this compared

I didn't have a problem paying $380 for my worr-blade. I wouldn't mind paying this much for this upgrade either.

My thoughts exactly. You would not need to buy the upgrade to the I-frame for obvious reasons, but add Deadywinds frame for $350 (or less hopefully) to the $419 for a total of only $769. Now that's cheap for a 20bps mechanical gun!

evilhomer, I believe part of the reason for the high cost was because it couldn't be retrofitted and was going to be produced as a seperate frame, and if AGD picks this project up I'm sure they'd include it as an option in their ULE PRO custom package. I could be wrong, and Nicad and AGD have the last word so don't quote me, but this sounds right and would definitely make buying a new mag a good option and make the frame more affordable. By the way, all my info sources is right in this thread.

I am a HUGE fan of the idea of AGD and Nicad producing a totally revamped Mech mag with this trigger frame and a body/rail combo that give a more integrated look instead of seeming like a body just sitting on a rail. The new rails are nice, but still give a segregated look. But back on topic...

One thing that definitely caught my attention was how Nicad mentioned that the ULT was almost too good for this, I wonder if AGD would look at producing a medium range ULT if by using a mediocre ULT you could still use it with this frame or use other mods to take full advantage of this, I have one in mind but I'm not hijacking the thread. Anyways, for those concerned about cost, definitely let them get their gameplan together and when they do, I'm sure it'll be more than fair. What other company besides AGD ever offered $100 rebate for sending in your old part to get their new one?

Any price stated now will only lead to disappointment in the future.. unless the price is purposefully stated high, which will lead to disappointment now. so what do you want to hear? :)

BagelBoy2004 please read one of my posts earlier in this thread about the AGD trigger. They are no longer perusing the one they were working on in the past.. at least for now. It was a concept that, when tried, was not giving the results they were after.

still not sure on an ETA.. we are just as eager to release it as yall are. It is still a little ways off....
