This is all very mixed up. Let's reserve any "harshing" (that is a wonderful way to put that, I'm gonna write that down :rofl: ) for after we figure out what the hell is actually going on.

As far as I knew, one frame was missing, but I figured UPS lost it. I can't tell if this guy got a new one recently by mistake (the one that's missing), or if he bought one, or what is going on.

We'll get it ironed out. Worst case, I eat a frame and learn to keep a better eye on things.

At any rate, I think we've thouroghly destroyed this thread.

Alooney and I have taken this to PM's, so could the rest of you guys go back and delete your posts so the mods don't need to come clean up our random OT tangent?

I'll be going back later on tonight to delete mine, and I will PM Alooney to ask that he do the same.

Now, everyone can get back to discussing the hAir trigger and asking the same questions about if its going to be an upgrade, and when/if its coming. :rofl:

Yay back on topic!

Basically because they're not making EMags anymore, and because there is this whole anti-electro backlash thing going on now (which is fine, I'm not judging). I'd imagine that in the right hands it could eclipse 20 bps, but since its mechanical, it can't cheat for you. Consequently, you will have all the DMfizzlites who will bag on it because they can't get 25 bps out of it like their DM9 (and you can't blame it on bad software either :rofl: ).

There you go. An answer, maybe not the right one, but its a jumping off point.

No. PTP already has the patent on the design that Nicad was planning on using for the gun. Nicad will have to redesign it someway before being able to release it for the public to buy.

I hope I've entirely confused and exhausted all of you. Now maybe you'll have some small inkling of why its completely ridiculous to be discussing these issues without a patent attorney and a PTO examiner sitting to either side of you as you type into the message box.
