do you REALLY think 6% of the poplulation spread more aids to more people than 94% of the population? seriously, the numbers do NOT add up.

so you said gay people spread aids the most, and second drugs, and third straight people.

so lets say gay people spread it to 13 million people, drugs spread it to 12.5 million people, and straight people spread it to 11.7 million people.

just think about those numbers, and the percent of the popluations responsible for each. its highly doubtful that 6% of the population would spread aids more than 94%.

Why is AIDS even an issue about gay marriage? I mean seriously, it has nothing to do with marriage. I personally think that marriage is the union between a MAN and a WOMEN. Civil Union is for anybody that wants the benefits of marriage. Now if the marjority of people in America vote to allow gays to get married and give them the RIGHT to do that, it's cool with me because that's what our country is founded on, who am I to go against the entire country? It annoys me the fringe groups are using ultra liberal judges to interpret the law. This has all been gone over before but I thought I'd express my opinion. Everybody has the right to have one so think what you like, it just matters what the majority thinks about it.

Listen, it was the gay community that suffered the brunt of the Aids virus for a long time. They mostly spread it amoungst themselves, especially during the time that nobody really understood what was happening. Needle use, transfusions, hetero sexual sex, and crazy voodoo blood rituals all there part to play as well, but it was primarily the gay community that was affected.

But don't be discounting the voodoo blood rituals

That's probably true, although I think the stats on contraction from hospitals (blood transfusions was a major problem for a while) might put that in the number 3 posistion.

im sorry if i offend you, but your arguement is so wrong, you sound so stupid. ok, so 6% may be participating in risky beahavior, but so are the 94% of straight people. you make it sound like gay people are the only ones that have a huge problem with aids, but thats not true. to think that gay people spread aids more than gay people is such a misinformed arguement it made me stupider just by reading your post.

aids may be a bigger problem with gays than straight people, but the fact is that straight people are spreading it more than gay people. i cant believe you guys believe that there are more gay people that have aids than straight people.
