To my knowledge NJ is still doing it (asbury park). Also, I don't know that Newsome has stopped in San Fransisco, only that he was told to.

Actually it was a one shot deal in NJ. Our AG Harvey actually stopped Asbury Park via a threat of prosecution. San Fran stopped under court order, so AM, you guys stand alone!!!
