Let's be accurate Facts. He got everything he wanted, even parts of Jerusalem. He walked away when he did not get the right of return for the Palestinian refugees. Had Baruk(sp?) given in on this, you would have ad 2+million palestinians flooding back into Israel and destroying the country from within quickly! I know you wanted to give CB the abridged version, but with him we should spell it out, eh?

BTW, isn't it interesting that the Palestinians who want their own country protest that they are not allowed into Israel to work? Hmmm, shut down the border and let the rest of the Arab world ensure their Palestinian "Brothers" don't starve!

What always amuses me is this Palistenian state thing. I mean they never had a homeland. They were nomadic wanderers. Now all the sudden we have this claim they want a land. And of course the land they want is land that was never thiers. It was Jordanian or Arabic lands that all the sudden are supposedly theirs. How can this be? I mean they never HAD ANY! Never. But interestingly enough the rest of the Arabic Nations are willing to let them claim it as its also claimed by ancient claims from Israel! But yet it was not thiers to give up if that was the case! Simple fact here is that even Arabs would rather not have Palestanians in their country. I mean they have enough land to give em some if they wanted too. But they heard them into camps on their boarders and take money from international aid agencies to support them with the effort being into expelling them first thing! Now that tells all! they are not considered Arabs at all. They hate them! But conveniently they would rather back their claim of lands that they lost to Israel and be rid of them that way! I find that all too ironic really. And so telling of the REAL support of these homeless nomads. How convienient for them all (sarcasm). How heartless but yet so obviously convienient for them to back them but yet never really do a darn thing for them but put them in a situation they cannot live peacefully. I find it all amusing but rather sick. And I find that people falling for this whole farce equally sick! Go ahead and fall for it. And support them. I know the difference between the the PKK or PRK, and the Kurdish people, I can make the difference between a civilian and a terrorist. I posted that the Kurds were terrorist using you all's definition that if a group supports terrorism they are terrorist.

That is not racist, that is the truth. I have now asked 4 times for you to show proof where I said that Iraqies can not handle democracy for anything doing with race, or color, or anything to do with race. (funny even though I didn't use religion as a standard, it has nothing to do with racism.

This is what the Palestine looked like during British rule. Palestine used to cover nearly the entire area shown, but those ARAB countries claimed the land as theirs:

Remember, Palestine was an AREA, not a country, state, or government. Much like America used to be an area before the Revolution.


These are the UN chartered states of Israel and Palestine, of 1947:

Immediatly following the UN General Assembly Resolution 181, all the surrounding ARAB states attacked the new STATE of Israel when it declared itself independant in 1948.

181 allowed both states to establish a formal government, trade, relations, and religeous freedoms. Arabs could opt to become Israeli citizens, and Jews could opt to become Palestinian citizens, but neither could vote in federal elections. But the ARAB world refused to sign the charter, Israel did. The ARAB countries failed to establish a governing council to operate their new state, Israel did. The ARAB world did not allow Palestinians to form their own military in their own state, Israel did.

So when the ARAB world attacked a UN chartered country, the Israelis fought back, and pushed the ARAB world back across their stolen Palestinian lands. This action resulted in this new boundry line:

Remember, no Palestinian state existed, because no Palestinian or Arab signed the UN charter. That makes all the above land LEGALLY Israeli, in accordance with the laws of warfare. It's the same law of warfare that allows the US to still "own" Guam, Puerto Rico, the Marshall Islands, and Guantanemo Bay.

This boundry remained, recognised by the UN, until 1967 when the ARAB world again decided to destroy all the Jews. The IDF again soundly defeated a multi-country, multi-front adversary. This incursion resulted in this:

In 1977, Egypt stated that war between Israel and them is no longer feasible, and sued for peace. Of course, this was long after the IDF thoroughly destroyed the air and ground forces of Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia in their '72 invasions. Israel relinquished control of the Sinai to the United Arab Emirates, with a Peace Agreement with President Anwar Sadat at Camp David in 1979. President Sadat was later murdered by zealeous muslim terrorists.

Just so EVERYONE knows, Israel was a UN recognised state when attacked by the surrounding ARAB states. Palestine, and the ARAB world had a state laid out and ready to become a country, but decided to destroy Jews instead. Israel does NOT occupy Palestinian land or property. They hold that land as theirs, by the laws of warfare. Time and again, Israel has offered land and statehood to Palestinians, but the PLO (who's stated goal is to "murder all the Jews"), noteably Yassar Arafat, has refused the offer.

The Haganah was a joint effort by Jews and Palestinians to oust British rule from Palestine. The main difference was; Jewish fighters targeted the British military. Palestinian fighters targeted British and Jewish CIVILIANS.

No Israeli has purposely targeted a strictly civilian population area, preferring to attack known militant targets. Yet the PLO CONSISTANTLY chooses CIVILIANS to kill, instead of the IDF (how many uniformed IDF soldiers were on board those airliners in 1972?).

Choose to kill only civilians, and you are a terrorist. Choose to attack the government and their representatives, and you are a freedom fighter. It really is that simple.
