Duck Hunt!!!
Duck Hunt between you and Big n' Slow I am very impressed with your choices of rams and such. Phishphen's mod is amazing but I was wondering if you could post your mod and show tons of pictures with your different ram. I want to build a mod in an Intell, I'm not big on vert frames and it looks like your parts and plan works the best with little mod to the frame itself. Now I'm not afraid to hack some stuff up but although I love functionality I am a bit vein because not only do I want my mag to rock, I want people to know they are walking off of the field because of the prettiest marker there. Oh Yeah!! Additionally, have you seen any difference in the efficiency. 500 shots on a 88/4500 is not what I'm looking for. Thanks for all your help in advance and I'm truely amazed by all the imaginative work being done here. I can't wait to tackle this mod!!!!

A little problem...
I finished my pneumatic install in an Itelliframed, X-Valved, MicroMag with a ULE trigger.
I do not know the exact output pressure of the Palmer's Micro Rock, but it is set to allow the gun to shoot and then a quarter turn higher.
My problem seems to be short stroking. I can shoot slow, individual shots, but if I try to shoot a couple back to back, the marker chuffs and double feeds.
Does the pressure of the Micro Rock need to be higher?
Any help is appreciated.

make sure the sear travel is being limited to the minimum.....and make sure the 3way cycles completely...whats happening is that the marker is not reseting completely before the actuator moves the sear again....so you need to reduced the time required to reset the marker. that means limiting the sear travel and also, make sure your trigger stops are not too tight.....hope this helps....
you may need to turn up the micro rock a little more...if you have a pressure guage, it needs to be around 50-60 psi.......Comment

Thanks for the quick reply.
I will check that sear limiter...I may not have adjusted it
The other suggestions are good too...I have the trigger stops at the bare minimum...I may have to loosen those a bit also.
Again, thanks.

trigger hits the 3way......thus directing a constant supply of air to the actuator thus the actuator hits the sear and fires the trigger. when you release the trigger, air in the line to the actuator is vented to atmosphere while the constant supply is blocked. a spring in the actuator will return the piston in the actuator and the sear is then automatically reset...hope this helps good luckComment

OK.... got ALL the parts I need to put this thing together.... I only have one problem....
Where do I get the rod that goes into the MPA-3? I see all the parts to it but there is no Rod (ram or hammer) that pushes the sear? Do I need to go to home depot and buy a 3 foot rod only to use less then 1 inch of it? PLEASE HELP!!!!

the part that pushes the sear is made up of a "RIV-NUT" and a flush screw. if you look in the how to guide there are pictures of this piston in its entirety and in parts (i thinkOriginally posted by ShingoOK.... got ALL the parts I need to put this thing together.... I only have one problem....

Well....I have the e-mail on how to build a pneumag....the directions are for an rpg chimera frame however and I have an intelli. And I have noticed that of the ones posted none of them look exactly the same. So I am a little scared about building mine, although I may not get around to it very soon. I haven't had time to read the entire thread yet but I will be doing that tomorow. Well anyways I'm gonna attempt to make my own sometime, so when I do I'll keep you guys updated. Hopefully I'll learn enough so I don't run into to many problems.Comment

the "guide" is not supposed to be followed exactly.....use it to get an idea on how to build yours. in the end, yours might resemble the one in the guide. the fuctionality is the same across the board. once you understand how the system works, then you can adapt it to an intelli frame using your imagination. don't worry about messing the functionality of your gun up, once you truly understand how the pneumatics work and what items needs to be places where, you will see that going back to your original setup is no problem. for the 2 mods i did, if i wanted my orignal setup back, all i would do is gut the frames of their pneumatic components, and place the sear/trigger rod back on the sear and go.....i would have a lighter frame cuz of the grinding i did to it, but once i put the grips on, no one could tell, and the gun would function like i had never modified it........think this mod out COMPLETELY before you start modifying the trigger frame, understand every step you will do to the frame and proceed with care and patience....take your time......good luckComment
