Joe, step by step instructions won't really help. It's all up to the person who's doing the mod. You might decide on one thing, someone might want to try something else.

The main thing to remember is, you have to choose your parts wisely, after than, choose where they can go and should go, then figure out how to fit them in your frame. Take your dremel to it and good luck!

for tapping the 3-56 barb, heres a TRICK:

use a 4-40 tap, i know its the wrong one, But, turn the tap 1 maybe max 2 turns into the hole and you'll find the barb threads right in. Red loctite it in and be sure not to over torque it cuz you could shear off the barb. It's a ghetto solution, but hey, it worked for me
                    yikes!

you know, M2.5- .45 is the metric equivalent to 3-56 thread. you might be able to find one of those at the local hardware store.

Jack and Coke- yep. I milled a slot inthe rail. looks just like a pump rod slot, just goes farther back. you wouldn't have to though you can also drill a hole off center through the ASA to route the hose back to the frame underneath the rail.

You'd have to get rail bushing for the field strip screw, and find a way to block the air passage to the strip screw area (a dab of JB weld should do it, supported by the rail bushing) that used to go to the old banjo bolt.

Wanted to say thank you to you, the Electrician, Bossman, phishphen and all of you others out there who have spent the time in thinking, testing, getting you fingers pinched and assembling this concept. Now I have to convince my wife that I REALLY need all these parts and a new X-Valve . . .

Awwwwwwwww man I all ready hacked up my rail.... lol ohh well. It was just my stock 68 rail. Is the only stock part left on the gun. I was going to go with a logic alpha rail later.

Just bought a Pneumag off Magaman, figured I'd throw it up here. Still trying to get information on the ram, but he used a Palmer Quickswitch and just blocked off one port (which I plan on fixing to be a little less ghetto ).

Heres more pics, I don't feel like reposting them all:
