          ..

nice job Wassupstranger! I find that mine too is an air hog. I get about the same as you get, but the field i play at has all day air, so it's no big deal, just more trips to the fill station

if you noticed my frame, i made more room for my fingers by taking off the front part of the trigger guard, this helps me walk it better. Also, do you have trigger stops? i find that minimizing the trigger travel will help with walking too....and yes i chuff occasionally too. but the more pratice with the trigger will help you have a consistent even rate of pull.....how far away from the trigger pivot is the MSV-1?

Okay now just how STRAIGHT does the mpa 3 need to be on the sear. I can get it pretty close, like somewhere between 95*-110*. Also I made my plunger out of a threadless bolt, but I cut it too short I didn't notice it was tapered
Shocker=spyder that shoots out it's butt

            -Minimag w/ lvl10 and ult

it doesn't have to be super straight, just make sure it won't bind nor accelerate the wear either on the piston or the sear AND make sure the sear can come ALL the way FORWARD when gassed up. DO NOT postion the MPA3 in a way that it inhibits the FULL forward travel of the sear. a good way to assure this is to mount the mpa3 and gass up the marker. Hold the marker up to a light and observe if you can see light between the mpa3 piston and the sear, if you can, then you know the sear has FULL forward travel. don't allow too much room, though, between the piston and sear. just a TINNNNNY bit....

How much air do the phuematics use up? From what I have heard this mod is very ineficient.

I NEED HELP!!!!!!! I've finally got the Low profile cylinder from parker BUT...

                  Like an idiot...

                  I forgot to order barbs!!!!!!!

If ANYONE has barbs that will fit these (10-32...looks like 1/8th inch wide) it'd be soooooooo cool if you could mail me them, ordering them from these companies will take too long and cost too much.

Check it out though!! Fits right in, will require alittle routing out, but not that much!

Please lemme know about these barbs guys!

                  Sean

                  AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.

Yep i got trigger stops, the MSV-1 is about a 1/4 inch down from the pivot.

would the rounded part at the back of the ram have to be ground out so the ram sits farther back?

why not just cut the front off the piston to make it shorter?

im glad you made something work without too much technical pieces for people who are 15 like me and dont have the money for a mill....

the hardest part i believe will be fitting the 3 way valve in.

tell me how it works out, my y frame would just be a piece of junk if i grinded it down to accept a mpa 3

i finally got the mold making material for resin molds, im gonna get one done by this weekend if im not working on my dune buggy. i will leave one side of the frame open so that everything is easy to get to, and mabey ill sell them for about 50 bucks

yea i wont sugar-coat it for you. The only draw back to this mod is the efficency....there are probably ways to make it more efficent but to me, im not concerned about effeicency. i can get thru one game on a full tank, thats all i need cuz of "all day air" . The way i look at it, i get my money's worth when i pay for all day air..

how much air the pnuematics use up i cant tell you....sorry.....

Yea I kinda figured the efficiency would suck but o well. Hopefully I'll be finishing mine tonight. and then I'll go get air and dry fire it, ALOT! So u say u get 500 shots from a 88/3k. Well are you using the short med. or long spring on the lvl 10? The shorty helps me alot on gas. Also I believe the bolt polishing service is supposed to be pretty good. I read a while ago that it gave like +20fps or something. If I can expect this efficiency then my 68/4.5k which = 102/3k should give me roughly 615 shots. That sux. I can get a little over 1/2 a case now w/o the stuff.

How did they do that devilmag??? Maybe nicad will bless us w/ a post including web sites and parts list. Only b/c we've worked so hard
