It's not about efficiency. The QEV is about speed.

But, the QEV revuires a drop in pressure on the input side to operate, so you need to use a three way.

Listen everybody! This application CAN NOT USE AUTOCOCKER PARTS. It is MUCH easier to use what is listed because it WORKS.

Autococker "3 ways" are actually 4 WAYS, this application NEEDS a 3 WAY.

Autococker RAMS have to long of a throw, the MPA-3 is pretty much PERFECT for this.

Hopefully that'll clear it all up

        AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.

I checked on that trigger pull weight gauge today....Turns out I'm gonna need to see a gun smith to get the trigger pull weight. And the bad thing is, they can be inaccurate up to +/-2oz! Not a good way to gauge how heavy a trigger pull is.

Again Ill just say, my trigger pull is very light, not as light as my friends shocker, but light.

it is an actuator which trips the sear to make the gun fire. if you look at the video of the internals cycling, you can see a little piston poking in and out, hitting the sear....

                      $$$$$$$

How much does a project like this cost just for the trigger frame parts and will it work on a classic Vavle
                      P.S I'm poor
P.S. P.S. How do you post pictures

I believe this is the most detailed thread on pneumatic trigger conversions.....

This thread is based on the work done by The Electrician , though he has gone on to build an electro\pneumatic conversion.

There is so much info posted in these forums, search it out. Several of us have done the research and built guns based on that research. Its all right here for the taking......

good question, ULT is not needed. From my understanding i know of 1 pro and 1 con....
PRO: lighter activation force IMPLIES less air needed for trigger pneumatics which means more efficency.
CON: i have heard: Slow recharge rate, thus limiting your max ROF.....

im not too concerned about efficency but recharge rate i am concerned wit. Therefore i don't have a ULT in my setup......

                                Thanks. It seemed to me....

I had messed around with some of those cylinders and didn't find them to be suffient to trip a stock sear and/or stock on/off assembly reliably or at the pressures I intended on running, across a wide range of marker configs.

I felt it was neccessary to design my system so as to trip any sear on any valve regardless of age and wear and without forcing the purchase of another, kinda non-drop in, part to make it work. It's a little different when building one product to work on everything out there, than custom tailoring it to suit only your own specific needs.I miss the old days.

Nice work tho, cool to see you guys making some good progress.
